No Refunds Policy for Luxe Derby Weekend 

This No Refunds Policy applies to all ticket purchases made for Luxe Derby Weekend ("Luxe Derby," "we," "us," or "our") events.

All ticket purchases for Luxe Derby Weekend are final. Due to the nature of live events and the advanced planning required, refunds are not available once a ticket purchase is complete.

We recommend carefully reviewing your ticket selection, date, and time before completing your purchase.

Exceptions (considered on a case-by-case basis):

• Event Cancellation: In the rare case that a Luxe Derby Weekend event is entirely cancelled, we will offer a credit to all ticket holders.
• Event Postponement: If a Luxe Derby Weekend event is postponed, we will offer ticket holders the following options:
• Apply the full purchase price of their tickets to the rescheduled event date.
• Request a credit voucher for the full purchase price of their tickets, valid for use at a future Luxe Derby Weekend event.

We encourage you to carefully review the event details, date, and time before completing your ticket purchase. By completing a ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refunds Policy.
